Carer Support Groups
Grief & Transition Support Group
A sharing circle for Carers to connect and support one another through their experiences, thoughts and emotions, where they feel their grief is understood and validated.
Many Carers are experiencing grief for a number of reasons. This grief can be unique and often unseen, unrecognized or misunderstood by communities and society.
Connecting Foster and Kinship Carers, with the support of Carer Volunteers, come together to create a safe space for Carers to connect, share and provide support to one another.
We extend a warm invitation to anyone who would benefit from this sharing circle.
"I have found CF&KC-SA's grief and transition group so supportive and really transformative. Finding others who fully appreciated what I was going through has made such a difference"
