If you are concerned your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction by CF&KC-SA, a confidential complaint can be lodged to the office of the South Australian Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner (HCSCC). The HCSCC is an independent, statutory office established by the Health and Community Services Complaints Act 2004.
