**NEW** Diploma of Community Services (study mode online) commencing September 2020

Following on from the success of three previous cohorts of students, Bradford Institute of Advanced Education is offering Foster & Kinship Carers another opportunity to study the Diploma of Community Services (online course), commencing late September 2020.

The course will be offered online via Zoom sessions, facilitated by Laura from Bradford Institute – all participants must have access to a computer and internet at your home. No prior experience is needed to enrol in this course.

Participants are required to be at least 18 years and over, are recognised Foster or Kinship Carers (and Members of CF&KC-SA); and have at least 6 months experience as a Foster or Kinship Carer or in a related area of community services work.

Students are required to attend two sessions per fortnight, via Zoom online, on either a Wednesday or Thursday, commencing 23rd/24th September 2020. Day sessions run from 9.30am-2.30pm / evening sessions run from 6.00-9.30pm. The Zoom sessions are designed to replicate a classroom experience, to facilitate development of a support network and friendships.
