2020 Foster & Kinship Carer Survey

We want to hear about the successes and challenges for your family during 2020.
The information you share with us will guide our work for 2021, ensuring your rights are upheld and your voice is heard. The results from the 2019 survey guided the development of multiple Carer Guides, two Carer support groups and several reference groups, that provided the basis for systemic advocacy on the issues of Care Concerns, Respite entitlements and Carer Payments.
We ask you do not identify any names of children and young people, DCP or agency workers, as this will not assist with the data collection.
This Survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete and will close on Monday 21st December 2020.
Take this chance to make a cup of tea, get comfortable and complete the survey in one sitting. There is no opportunity to start the survey and come back to it at a later date – it won’t save your answers unless it is complete.
Responses to this survey are confidential and anonymous. The data will be collated and a summary report will be distributed to Members and made available on our website.
