“Developmental difference” – free Information Session/Workshops for Foster Carers

26 June 2017 @ 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Free

Dr Sara McLean from the Australian Centre for Child Protection has developed a series of resources for foster parents who are supporting children with developmental difference and who may display behavioural or social concerns. Dr McLean was funded by the Eureka Benevolent Foundation to work with foster parents to develop a series of free downloadable resources to assist caregivers with a range of topics related to children’s behaviour.

Dr McLean is offering free information session/workshops that she will be conducting for foster parents about ‘developmental difference’ in children and the resources that have been developed as part of this project (workshop outline available here).

To be held on Monday June 26th at Thebarton Community Centre, between 10-12.00 and 12.30-2.30.

To take part in a free information session, please RSVP by email indicating which session you would like to attend to Sara at sara.mclean@unisa.edu.au
