We invite foster and kinship carers to join us for this interactive session delivered by Colby Pearce from Secure Start® (there is no cost for current Carers to attend).

This presentation and workshop will involve:
• Understanding the importance and function of parenting in helping children and young people realising their potential;
• Recognising what aspects of conventional care and management support children and young people realising their potential, to be independent and resilient; and
• Developing a parenting plan that facilitates mastery experiences and a sense of personal competence that support children and young people realising their potential.
