This event was an opportunity to connect with Carers and to hear from guest presenter Marie McLeod, founder of ThriveAbility and How to Thrive program, Creator of the BEACON framework™️, Mental health specialist, and positive psychotherapist.

Marie has been working collaboratively with four cohorts of Carers delivering her transformative “How to Thrive” program. She will be joined by SA Carers Narelle and Louise to share their experience with the program, focussing on compassion to self, intentional kindness and sharing ideas around thriving in the midst of challenges that Carers experience.
