Legal Professional Development Day “Child Protection & the Law”

CF&KC-SA is pleased to offer our second legal training day “Child Protection & the Law” on Friday 11th November 2022 at the State Library of SA. This training day is for legal professionals to learn about the child protection system and associated legislation, including how to best support Foster & Kinship Carers in Courts and Tribunals.

The event is also a fundraising activity to continue our ongoing efforts to source funding for our Legal Consultant, who was previously funded by a grant from the Law Foundation of SA (which finished on 31st March 2022). Profits from the registration fees will be used to directly support this role.
