Grief & Transition Support Group

We invite Carers to join us in a safe and supportive space to connect and talk about the unique grief associated with a placement ending. Sessions are offered monthly on Wednesdays, 10.00-11.30am at CF&KC-SA, 2/224 Main North Road.
