Sector Statement on Funding

Community services are under pressure and over 50 organisations have united to call for urgent funding reform.

As the peak body for carers, we stand alongside our peers in the not-for-profit, community services sector and co-sign a ‘Sector Statement’ led by the South Australian Council of Social Service (SACOSS) calling for urgent funding reform.

The statement calls for an immediate funding boost and fair indexation that reflects real cost increases, which is vital to ensure that our state’s most vulnerable people get the support they need and deserve.
